- No Refund Policy on Specific Items
To ensure product quality and compliance with health regulations, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy on the following:
- Meat and poultry products
- Perishable or frozen food items
- Discounted or final sale items
These products cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
- Refund & Exchange Policy for Other Items
For all non-perishable and non-discounted products, refunds or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase, provided that:
- The original receipt is presented
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is in resellable condition
Customers may choose either a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for store credit or another product of equal value.
